What is a ball park cost?

Is anyone familiar with the costs affiliated with courses in Neuroscience or what can beginners to PhD cost? ( just a ball park is great) Thanks!

See the reference for some average college costs in the US.  If you're qualified to pursue neuroscience, expect to pay more than the average for a good education.  Various kinds of financial assistance and work programs can cover much of the costs for graduate work.
