it's shaped like banana, where passengers will sit behind each other. it'll be dragged by a speed boat which will try to dislodge the passengers out of their seat and into the water.

A banana boat is actually not a boat because it has no keel, no stern, no nothing.  It is just a "boat" in the shape of a...banana, of course where swimmers or "riders" sit on its top and go sailing.
