What is a bed in a bag?

I don't understand? like does it come with supports or something? When I go to buy one it just asks me what color I wasnt to bed comforter to be. it says it comes with shams. whats a sham?

it is the comforter, the sheet set, the underskirt,the whole bedding package

shams are the fancy pillow cases that you put on the top of the comforter-you don't sleep on them-they are for looks

a bed in a bag comes with a comfeter, a sheet , sometimes a bed skirt, sometimes curtains or pillow case.. but all in the same design pretty much .. a sham is  a decretive pillow case

its usually the bed skirt (goes around the bottom) sheets comforter pillow cases ans shams ( like pillowcases)  sometime the more expensive ones will come with decorative pillows of curtains
