  2. don't smoke or drink. cuz that just blows the fun away the morning after.

just go outt and take in life while you're young.

    relaxx, sleep, play video games.

or take a roadtrip to new york and climb up to the empire state building and let out a really loud belch.

if you ever do that, take a picture.

just get your mind off of whatever you're thinking about.

    XD

  3. cannabis

  4. Do some type of cardio exercise such has jogging, swimming, cycling, etc for about 20-40 minutes.

  5. Sit back relax close your eyes take a deep breath and realize it could be a whole heck of a lot worse..

    take a small nap.

write a list of what you need to do daily .. Keeps you organized and helps with stress..

Have someone give you a small massage.. like a neck massage..

  6. Excercise relieves stress. Also reading before you fall asleep can keep your mind occupied if you have trouble at bedtime.Quiet time for yourself can calm nerves.

  7. If you dread going to work or feel burned out or stressed over a period of weeks, your situation could affect your professional and personal relationships and even your livelihood. Overwhelming frustration or indifference toward your job, persistent irritability, anger, sarcasm and a quickness to argue are indicators of a condition that needs to be dealt with. Here are strategies you can use:

Take care of yourself. Eat regular, balanced meals, including breakfast. Get adequate sleep and exercise.

Develop friendships at work and outside the office. Sharing unsettling feelings with people you trust is the first step toward resolving them. Minimize activities with "negative" friends who only reinforce bad feelings.

Take time off. Take a vacation or a long weekend. During the workday, take short breaks.

Set limits. When necessary, learn to say no in a friendly but firm manner.

Choose battles wisely. Don't rush to argue every time someone disagrees with you. Keep a cool head, and save your argument for things that really matter. Better yet, try not to argue at all.

Have an outlet. Read, enjoy a hobby, exercise or get involved in some other activity that is relaxing and gets your mind off work.

Seek help. If none of these things relieves your feelings of stress or burnout, ask a health care professional for advice.

  8. Petting a dog lowers blood pressure and is the best stress reliever that I know of!  My mom prefers to use a time when the house is empty to put in a classical music cd (volume low), light a few aromatic candles, turn the lights down low, turn the ringer off on the phone, and kick back in the recliner. I've tried that, but it just doesn't work for me. There was a time in my life when I was working 2 jobs, raising 2 kids, and going to college full time and my stress reliever then was playing softball! So, you really just have to try different things to find out what will work for you at this point in your life. It seems to me that generally, physical activity can be a great stress reliever. Not necessarily a team or competitive sport, maybe a leisurely bike ride or something like that. When I was younger, reading a good book worked. But if you have a hard time finding your method of relief, fall back on the petting a dog! If you don't have one, ask your neighbor or a family member if you can spend a little time petting their dog  (if it's been socialized and will enjoy it!). I imagine a fat, lazy cat might work, I just happen to be a dog person.

  9. s*x

  10. Foods rich in Tryptophan will help induce natural sleep and aid in reducing anxiety and tension and stress and depression.

Avoid caffeinated beverages such as tea, coffee, sodas and soft drinks too as they will only serve to dehydrate you and rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins which are so essential for healthy neural, immune and digestive functioning.............  drink loads of fresh filtered water .......  you'd be surprised at how being just a little dehydrated can affect your mood and stress levels............  drink at least 2 - 3 litres per day.

foods rich in Tryptophan are ~ bananas, cottage cheese, milk, meat, fish, turkey, bananas, dried dates, peanuts and all protein rich foods ............. :0)

Have a soothing cup of organic loose leaf chamomile tea ~ this could be just the remedy you need too♥

The tea bag and commercial varieties of herbal teas such as chamomile tea could never be of any therapeutic value as they have had so much of the essential oils pulverised from them .......... only organic will do buddy ♥

Also, try putting a few drops of pure essential lavender oil into a warm bath and soak in that for 15 minutes just before  ~ the lavender oil is a great natural stress reliever and will relax you enormously ♥

Don't use the lavender oil if you are pregnant or breast feeding ♥

Exercise is also a brilliant way to relieve stress ...........  even if its just leaping around your living room to really loud rock music mate .............  try it ...............  it works for me ♥

Naturally resolving the problem will always be the best way .... :0)

hope this helps you a bit ♥

    cheers

    ♥
