The 630i is better only for one fact, it is newer than the other two and newer in computer world is usually better.  The northbridge chipsets hold one major important function, communicating from the CPU to the memory banks and back to the CPU, and communication between the CPU and the graphics chip or card/cards...  Though some people will be alright with staying with older ram speeds and such, as ram becomes cheaper many people will tend to want to buy faster speed ram and upgrade their graphics cards to more updated faster cards, as well as CPU's.  Well in turn the newer the northbridge chipset the more apt the motherboard manufacture will step up with bios updates and drivers for the northbridge for running newer processors and faster ram along with better graphics cards.  The older chipsets will be discontinued support first naturally...


  2. nVidia - better memory management, far better hard disk management, FAR better video chip, slightly lower operating temperature.
