  1. Calisthenics (every day) - What they taught me in gym class so many years ago still makes me sweat the most and the quickest.  Have plenty of water nearby and do this routine, 1 minute per activity:

    1.) Jog in place or in a circle

    2.) Jumping jacks

    3.) Jog

    4.) Push ups - complete - no cheating

    5.) Jog

    6.) Squats

    7.) Jog

    8.) Sit-ups

    9.) Jog

    10.) Lunges

    11.) Jog

    12.) High-jumps (jump in place as high as you can)

    13.) Jog

    14.) Mountain climber (see source list)

    15.) Jog

    16.) Jumping jacks

    17.) Jog

    18.) High jog (run in place as fast as you can)

    19.) Windmills

    20.) Jog in place
