What is a better invention!! PLEASE GIVE OPINION!!?

Question

ok i was talking to my sister and she was saying how she would invent this huge vacuum that would vacuum the clouds away and bring let the sun come out....

but i said that a better invention would be like a huge, strong kinda quilt that when a hurricane is coming airplanes would fly towards it pulling this quilt that surrounds the hurricane and destroys it....

are these inventions possible?

It could be possible, but its a remote chance at best. Both inventions are stupid, and that's my honest opinion. Don't attempt to control the weather because you don't know what you would be getting yourself into.

agree with sturm vogel, dont try to control the weather.. weather as a matter of universe always find a balance state.. when you try to modify it, i dont think that you would be ready for any impacts that would be occurred later as a process of nature gets its balance state.
