What is a better overall pleasant travel experience: London or Paris?

What is a better overall pleasant travel experience: London or Paris?

They are both relatively close - you can easily fly from one to the other.  Bear in mind, however, that both the pound and the Euro aren't worth much against our dollar.  Personally, Paris would be my first choice.

Both cities are really beautiful!

However, I prefered London because it's more fast paced, and it's a completely different way of life than we have here. However, Paris is also really interesting and has a lot of sites to see.

They're both big cities - you could have a great or a really c**p time in either. Both have their points to recommend them.

I think if you spoke French you would prefer Paris over London.

Communication during travel plays an important role.

Both were great!  If I had to chose I would narrowly pick Paris.
