What is a better pet a cockatail or a parakeet?

Question

i want a cockatail or a parakeet i want something that i can stick my hand out to and it will come to me. and are cockatails messy and is a parakeet messy too?

i personaly think that a cocatiel is better than a parakeet.yes the maintnence is more but the love and attention from the cocatiel pays for the cost and the mess.they dont make much mess and can be good talkers,and you can play,dance,hold,and have a wonderful time with them.---good luck!

i personally think that parakeets are friendlier. both cockatiels and parakeets are not very messy.  just clean their cage out once a week.

if you get a parakeet get an english parakeet/budgie. they tend to be friendlier and becoome more attached. if you pay extra you can buy a tamed cockatiel or parakeet and they will both be friendlier and will come to you

yes they are both messy but a cocktail is bigger which means more mess! i like parakeets they are so sweet.

cocatails are nice but they bit harder so you dont want to make them mad!!!
