It's like a bagel, except without the hole.  In the middle where the hole would be, there are the "flavors,"  like a sesame bagel has the sesame all over the bagel, whereas a sesame bialy has the sesame in the middle.

Bialy- Its like a bagel with no hole in it! I think they cook them differently, too. From what I understand, bagels are boiled first then baked and bialies are just baked. You should be able to find them in your local bagel place.
