I'm not a huge fan since they are extremely anti-choice and religiously biased, but if you need help and you know you want to carry the pregnancy, they'll help you.

They usually provide essentials like diapers, food, second-hand maternity clothing,and (sometimes) temp housing.

In most areas, they also have a doctor or a nurse who is affiliated with them and who provides free prenatal care or offers discounted rates.

You should be prepared to listen to quite a bit of proselytizing, but if you really need help, you might want to go there.
