What is a boom box? (in relation to cars)

I'm looking at buying a car, and it says in the advert it has a boom box.

Any car people know what this is ?

it's almost like a radio but it's not built in

it's lower class than a radio...haha

haha I'm guessing that means it doesn't have a radio instead it has a boom box

It's either what v said (LOL) or it's at the other end of the scale. You know, one of those stereos that you can hear the bass before you can see the car.
