  1. LMAO!!! IM LAUGHING SO HARD AT JESSICA'S ANSWER!

  2. its a cube shaped thing with netting over it and you put your baby fish in there so they dont get eatin or sucked into the filter!!! hope this helps

  3. A breeder net is a piece of cloth with holes big enough for the baby fish to get through it but small enough so the mother fish can't get through.  You can make your own breeder net by using a mesh fabric called tulle which is commonly used in ballerina tutu's and wedding veils but all fabric stores carry it in a wide range of colors.  Green works well for fish and you don't need a box shape.   Just get a yard of the stuff (it's cheap) and push it down in the center of the aquarium so the sides are out of the water.  Your tank hood should keep it in place.  The mother fish goes in the top part so the babies can drop down and hide at the bottom.  Works well for egg layers like danios, barbs, tetras and goldfish.

  4. its for when your fish  is pregnant you put it in a box kinda thing and the fry get out through holes and the mom cant go through the holes.

  5. It is just a small 4x8 inch plastic frame with mesh netting usually used for pregnant fish, once the fish has had her babies you take her out and put her back in the tank or she will eat them as they cannot get away.It is not necessary if you have many hiding places in your tank. They actually do better that way compared to the breeder you will not get a fraction of the fry but you also will not get an overload for your tank.Oh I meant to say it fasten inside the tank with metal clips.Either way good luck with your fish.

  6. a breeder net works by you putting the pregnant female in the net when she gives birth the baby's swim threw the net so the mom wont eat them

  7. i know its a site where you can find purebred dogs...

  8. When you have a live-bearing fish, such as a guppy or a molly, the female will eat her babies when they come out, so you need to use a breeding net. A breeding net keeps the female isolated so that when she does have babies, they will be protected from the other fish in the tank, also some breeding nets have features that let the babies fall right after they are born through a slightly larger area into a separate compartment so they will be safe from their mom. After the female gives birth, she should be removed and put back into the tank
