What is a cancer ascendant's appearence like

What does this say about my looks.

Well, I have read that cancer ascendants often are somewhat roundish in appearance... round faces with soft features. They could often look kindly and gentle. I have also heard that they often have their eyebrows raised as if inquisitively (two cancer risings I know both do this). They might use their hands as if like crabs.. they might be a little tight-fisted and have strong little thumbs.

However, both cancer risings I know are scorpio suns (like you from what I see) and I have heard that scorpio in a chart can sometimes take away from the rounder, more homely appearance of cancer risings. While both of them are gentle in appearance, they are also much more thin and angular-faced than one would expect of a cancer rising.

well lets see, I have a Cancer ascendant also, and I am always told that I look familiar by people who don't really know me.  But I don't know if Astrology really has anything to say about how we look, I think that is more our parent's fault than our signs.
