a correctional officer is held at the same standards and ethics of law enforcement officers. And in certain states they are even allowed to make arrests. So no you will get charged with assault battery on an officer

A CEO is a business executive. I think the term you are looking for is CLEO, which stands for Chief Law Enforcement Officer, which is the Sheriff of the county. He is the highest law enforcement officer and his powers do not end when he takes off his uniform. He is sworn in, just as any other officer of the law and can effect an arrest at anytime.

The other term I believe you were confusing is CO, which stands for Correctional Officer.

Final question to your question,,,,,,dont push a CLEO at all. He can literally ruin your day, night and weekend if provoked,
