What is a chav.......?

What are chavs? are there any synonyms, not the ones u find on wikipedia tho, just want other peoples definitions :) thank you!

I think that a chav is someone who drives round the streets blaring out music with all their friends in the back and graffiting on the walls wherever they go and usually hang out in dark alleys or skate parks.

A working-class youth, especially one associated with aggression, poor education, and a perceived "common" taste in clothing and lifestyle
