What is a cheap, good cell phone.?

Question

I am willing to spend $150 on a good phone. Does anyone suggest a phone that would fit a 15 year old boy? Oh and I live in Canada so it'll have to be a canadian phone, unless its a gsm phone with 850/1900mhz so it'll work on Rogers!
