Cheap and good quality do not go together.  Check out the Canon Powershots.  They come in a good variety of models.   Canons are good quality, and you can choose your price range.  We don't know what you mean by "cheap".

Well cheap good quality cam means the one which has a better outpput but is not too heavy on the pocket ;-)
