I have limited ingredients. The ingredients I do have are: chicken breast, rice, minced garlic, celery, romaine lettuce, carrots, limited variety of spices, several different marinades, peaches, apples, milk, flour, butter, milk, and etc. Nothing too fancy.

I prefer the chicken to be cooked using a frying pan.

I can add more ingredients that I have if need it. Please and thank you!

To toast sesame seed, heat in ungreased skillet over medium heat about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

  3. Lemon Chicken is a gourmet meal i love. follow theses instructions:

    1) crack 3 eggs in a bowl, and split the yolks, then beat it.

    2) take a defrosted chicken breast and batter it with the beat eggs.

    3) when chicken breast is well battered, flip it in bread crumbs.

    4) put the chicken breast in a frying pan, put a 1/3 cup of lemon juice in the pan, 3 small lemon wedges, and then cover it for 20 minutes. flip the chicken over ten minutes through the time, and un-cover it for the remaining time.

    enjoy!!!!!! :)

  4. Do you have Teriyaki Sauce?  I would marinate the breast in that for about 45 mintues.  Cook it up ( I like the grill but how ever you want) then place it over rice and serve with a little salad and fruit of your choice.

  5. Well, since you have celery and carrots you can make some homemade chicken and rice soup, all you need is some chicken broth and for dessert make peach cobbler....it only takes peaches, flour and sugar, milk and butter.

Or you could cook the chicken in the pan with a little water in it or alot of butter and cut up celery and onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup, just throw it all in and cook till done and pour over rice.  If you want it to cook quick, just cut up the chicken in cubes before you cook it.

Or maybe you could put garlic, salt and pepper all over the chicken, dip it in flour and fry it till done.  Serve with buttered rice  and carrots steamed in the microwave.

  6. Make a quick stir fry and serve it over the rice.
