My eldest daughter was tiny and still is- 7 stone something and 16 years old. My middle daughter was slightly chubby at 6, baby fat I think, but she's slimmed out now at 14. My youngest was a really chubby baby, and I agree that for babys 2-3 is the chubbiest year, because that's when they're still babies reallly, even though toddlers is the proper word. At 4 they slim right down, so don't worry.

My sons was from 2-3 then he slimmed way down.  I think it all depends on the child.

My children are all slim and have never had a chubby year yet ( my oldest is 11 and I have 9 year old twins) - unless you count when they were babies - they were chubby their 1st year of life.

There is no set year. Children are all different. Some may put on baby fat while others never do.
