What is a childcare assistant?

I was wondering what a Childcare Assistant is for a daycare? And can teenagers work this job?

And is there anything you need to do in order to become a childcare assistant? (Ex get licensed, go to classes, ETC) or do you just get hired?

yes teens can work the job. it's a fancy way of saying: daycare worker. all you need is like a 3 hour certification course.

well a child care assistant is some one that helps the kids with actives and clean up and to help them with their any thing that they can think of. sometimes people will hire teens. but most won't and most places need you to have a licenses to work their. sorry about the let down
