  1. Gin and diet tonic. Fewest calories. When choosing your booze, try not to use dark liquors. Clear is better. Have fun on your vacation!

  2. Diet Coke and Bacardi

  3. anything diet or light will help, try mike's hard light stuff... or there are quite a few mixes now that use splenda and nutrasweet.

  4. Rum and Diet Coke. Rum has no carbs. Try it with Vanilla or Lime Diet Coke or one of the flavored rums.

  5. Margaritas are one of the lowest calorie alcoholic drinks.

  6. On a diet - OK but you didn't say what kind of diet.  Best possible cocktail non alcoholic would be with cranberry juice which is very good for your kidney tract.  All drinks outside of water have a caloric value it just depends on what you drink.  If you want to drink alcohol - take it with water or as I suggested cranberry juice....well probably any fruit or vegetable juice would be better than any soda.

  7. Stick to clear spirits (gin / vodka) and diet mixer or fruit juice

  8. i just read the answer above this one suggesting margaritas- and thought id let ya know that if the margarita is made with a sweet and sour mix, then it is FULL of sugar and calories- if its flavored with just lime juice instead its alot better for you and still tastes good.  i sometimes get a rum and diet coke when im out- that really cuts the calories- and sometimes at home ill mix vanilla smirinoff vodka with diet dr. pepper- its awesome! (diet dr. awesomes!) and ive also been getting the new diet mikes hard lemonades- they are only 98 calories per bottle-and they taste pretty good! good luck with your diet!
