  1. Concealed carry is a loaded weapon not readily visible that is easily accessible.  How you have to transport a weapon for it not to be considered concealed varies from state to state, but a good rule of thumb is that it should be unloaded, in a locked case, and in the trunk of your car.  Once removed from the car you should only be carrying it, in the locked case, from your car to the range or from your car into your home.

  2. Concealed weapon is normally meant to be a weapon that is concealed on your body that others can't observed.  Check you locations rules about transporting a weapon.  Generally if the weapon isn't within reach of you and is unloaded, you can transport it in a vehicle.  Of course you also have to be of legal age to have a weapon in your possession.  There are other criteria that apply, so that's why it's best to check you states penal code and gun carry laws.

  3. Basically it is just how it sounds, a weapon that is concealed. To transport a weapon "concealed" in most states it must be in a locked careering case and or the person has to have a Concealed weapons permit.

  4. A concealed weapon is just that...not visible.  If the weapon is being carried on ones person and that person has a concealed carry permit it should not be visible unless the weapon has to be used.  If the individual has no concealed carry permit and they are carrying a weapon of any kind and it is concealed or not concealed  they can be charged with that including having a weapon concealed in their vehicle.  For a weapon not to be concealed and being carried in a vehicle it must be in plain sight,(not locked in the trunk) unloaded with the ammunition not readily accessible to anyone in the vehicle.  Also the action must be open...slide locked open magazine empty and not in the gun, cylinder open and empty, bolt open with magazine and chamber empty and so forth.  Not concealed on ones person is to carry it in your hand or openly visible on your person.
