Instead of calling it a "Democrat majority congress" or a "Republican majority congress", what would one be called?

  2. It's a deadlock, but d**k Cheney is President of the Senate and thus, acts as a tie-breaker and we KNOW he'll side with the Republicans.

    VOTE OBAMA in '08!!
