I don't know I need to write about the the contemporary lesson of this book and I don't understand exactly what contemporary is. I need more then a dictionary answer. Does it mean how you relate to something that has already happened or how (what has already happen) it still exists today.

  1. A contemporary lesson would be something learned from an imposed situation. A lesson learned from the present environment.

  2. Well to start off with a dictionary answer contemporary just means modern day. A contemporary lesson is just that, a lesson, whether it be moral, historical philosophical, that can be drawn or inferred from current events. Hope this helps.
