  1. a cultural concept is a view shared, believed and usually practiced by people within cultural 'groups'.  An example of a question surrounding cultural concepts would be:

    Detail the major cultural concepts of health and illness in both Bigman bands and the Western biomedical approach...

    very broad question... however hopefully gives and insight into cultural concepts


  2. Different cultures have different weird beliefs:  Friday the 13th is bad, seeing a black or any cat is bad, start good things on Wednesday, persons having characteristic X are not trustable...  There are so many things peculiar to each culture.
