If you mean a bay scallop, they're about the size of a marble and tons sweeter than the bigger scallops.  It's seafood.

Day boat scallops are scallops fished by boats that go out for just one day then immediately bring the scallops to market. The scallops are very fresh and not chemically treated.  

Bay scallops are tiny scallops from the northeast.  They are very sweet.
