  1. Depends on what time they get up.  My kids are 7 and 2 1/2, and they get up at 6:15 a.m.  They go to bed between 8-8:30 p.m.

  2. I would say around 8:00 pm for the 6 & 3 years old, and between 6 - 8 for the 14 month old.

  3. I think it depends on the child, I have a 31/2 year old and a one year old. We wake both of them up at seven (I know it sounds crazy but it's the only way to get them to sleep at a reasonable time.) We have breakfast at 7:30, then play out side for two hours. Then lunch at 11:30, then the one year old takes a two hour nap. The 31/2 year old doesn't take naps anymore, but he is fairly pleasant throughout the day and sleeps for twelve hours at night.  It's really about what fits your schedule best, but having a schedule seems to really help because then the kids know what to expect. And you can get a lot more done.

  4. I have one child and he is six. During school he gets up between 6am and 6:30 and I put him to bed at 8pm. I have learned that any later will result in not wanting to getup and big time grouchiness. He doesn't whine or cry either. He is ready for bed by that time.

  5. My son is 4 and my daughter is 2 and since babies..their bed time has been 8-8:30 PM and nap time from 12-2pm

  6. My friend has a 3-year old and he goes to bed at 7pm without any trouble, and he's usually to tired out by then anyway to want to stay up later.

  7. 8:00 PM bed time

    12:00Pm lunch time

    12:30 Pm nap time

My daughter is 14 months old and I just switched her schedule to one nap a day and she is a lot more happy.

  8. I put my youngest (6 months) to be at 7:30pm and then the others: 7 year old twins and a 4 year old to bed at 8:30pm. But I start our bedtime routine at 7pm. They take showers/baths, brush their teeth, get a last drink and then we read a book. I wake the older ones up at 6:30 am and the baby up at 7am. I give the school age kids 45 minutes to get ready in the morning and don't let them watch too much tv because they get distracted and stop getting ready for school

As far as naps, I put mine down for a short morning nap around 9:30am and then another one around 1:30pm. I only let him sleep for an hour and a half.

Good Luck! And stay persistent, once they get into the schedule, it will be very easy to put them to bed and to take naps

  9. 8:00pm

    ALL OF THEM...

    Eat lunch at 11:20am..

    Sleep by 11:45 or 12:00pm

  10. You probably want to do nap time following lunch so if you have lunch around 12 and nap time around 12:30 it should make for happy kids the rest of the afternoon/evening.

8 pm bedtime for all three of the kids, but have them start winding down around 7 pm and have them start getting ready for bed (pj's, brush teeth, use the potty) around 7:30

The elementary schools where I am start around 9 am, but call your school to find out what time they start. You may want to consider having your daughter & 14 month old wake up once your 6 year old is on the bus or has been dropped off at school.

  11. I think 8:00pm. I send my 5 1/2 yr old and almost 3 yr old to bed then. The older ones may not need a nap but the 14 mo old may go down between 1:00 and 2:00pm.  Or whatever time is good for the baby. Usually you go by how the baby is doing.

  12. The 3 year old and the 14 month old should go to bed before the 6 year old because it takes longer to put them to bed. They get distracted easier. So maybe 7 - 7:30.

The 6 year old...8 o'clock. No later than 9 at the latest.

  13. 8:00 pm for bedtime and 12:00 noon or 12:30 for nap time.
