  1. The hardest difficulty I have had is when I was told I had Menieres disease. Its not life threatening but non cureable, eventual total deafness with alot of severe vertigo. I lost my job. Since then I have learned to live one day at a time. I learned that I now have more time to ease around and help others, I do volunteer work, I am a much more mature person now then I was then. And more at peace with myself. I guess you could say I can answer both your questions with the same answer. My greatest achievement is maturity, which came from my greatest disappointment. I have been a church goer all my life, now I go more often and I get more involved, and I get more blessings from it, I now have something that I can use to help others who are suffering similiarly. God can make something out of nothing, triumph out of tragedy. He has with me.

  2. for a job interview , id say

    a  difficulty i encountered is

i had ocd, a well know bad on that adults are said to  rarely beat

i beat it and overcame it

    as an adult

because of my determination and ability to work through anything and not give up

    my greatest achievement

is keeping my 8 year relationship going

the steps i too, change, adaptability, compromise, understanding, but firmness and determination

its all related to things they want to hear

    ie determination

    hard work

    effort

    time

    patience

    fight

over coming things that others cant

and all are very useful for the work place and what they look for in an employee
