I need a disease that effects a system of the body. well i am looking for a disease that doesn't look or sound to gross. Also that i can easily find information it on the internet. Please help me

Consider doing your projecct on Endocarditis.

As far as disases go it's not too gross to look at, it is basicaly inflamamtion of the heartvalves, which leads to heart failure and thrombosis.

Diabetes or Cushings could also be good ones.

There are tons of diseases you can do a report on that will not "sound too gross". You should have mentioned what system you are trying to highlight.

If you want to do one on the circulatory system, you can choose Deep Vein Thrombosis. Best known for the fact that frequent long distance flyers are at increased risk for the disease due to a combination of immobilisation, dehydration and underlying factors, a fact that gave rise to the colloquial name Economy Class Syndrome, DVT refers to the formation of a blood clot ("thrombus") in a deep vein. The deep veins affected are commonly in the leg, eg. the femoral vein or the popliteal vein, but it is also known to affect the veins of the pelvis, and in some cases, arms (in which case it is known as Paget-Schrotter's Disease).
