What is a double skinned golf umbrella?

It's an umbrella that has the normal "umbrella" build, but then has a 2nd piece of cloth running over top of it (usually only 1/2 as wide as the main canopy).  They provide better, longer protection in harsh weather.

A double skinned umbrella has 2 canopies. The first is a small umbrella attached to the top of the umbrella shaft and the second is the true umbrella which is also attached but has air vents so that it will not be adversely affected by wind. The smaller helps keep the rain out and the larger lets the wind blow through without turning it inside out as it still protects against the elements.
