A douche bag is a bag most of which are made with rubber or synthetic materials with a tube and nozzle.  It holds a solution (as much as several quarts) such as vinegar and water or douche solutions.  You can find them in many pharmacies  in the Feminine Hygiene Section and WalMart somewhere in the pharmacy section.  The are in boxes labeled as Fountain Syringe or Combination Syringe.  The syringes typically come with 2 nozzles (douche and e***a).  The douche nozzle goes in the v****a and the e***a nozzle goes in the r****m.  In other words it can be used for douching and enemas; but, the same bag should not be used for both. This is because some fecal mater could back up in the hose and later contaminate the v****a. The combination bottle can also be used as a hot water bottle.  I hope that answers your questions.

A douche bag is a bag made from rubber with a long hose attached for douching it actually looks like a hot water bottle. You can still find them in many drugstores, and many women still use them because it is cheaper than buying disposable.
