  1. Sir,

    You must have played some cricket at certain level, not necessary BCCI matches. You must be fluent in English communication. If you have passed even 10th or 12th or a holder of any degree, it is good enough. You must start at the age of 25 to enable you to gain experience and by the time you reach the age of 35 you must have cleared level 1 , 2 BCCI exams to enable you to reach and get birth for the Level 3 exam before promoting to ICC panel. You must love the game, read and understand the laws and its interpretations. You must be fit enough to stand in sun for 6 to 7 hours. You must cultivate this habit of standing in sun even in the months of march April, when the temperature is above or around 40 degree.
