What is a fair price for a cub cadet 125 riding mower?

just curious what a fair price for this mower is. the guy wants $350 for it. it is a 1968, no battery, flat tire, and old gas in the tank. is this a fair price, i was thinking $200 max? please help.

Sounds like he never took care of it, if it has all those things wrong.  My price would be 0.

That price sounds outrageous for an old tractor.  You can buy a new riding mower for about $1200 and he is asking you to pay 30 percent for one that is 50 years old.  I might give $50 for it.  But I certainly would not pay $350.
