What is a family fun cruise to go on?

A cruise is what you make of it, you can take a cruise to a place that everyone says is great and with attitude make it a terrible cruise or you can take a cruise to a place that may seem just wrong and it turn out to be a great trip just because of your attitude.

I would say that any of the leading cruise lines destinations would be great, just pick one that sounds interesting and that you can afford and do it!
