What is a fast and easy way to whiten your teeth?

I have soft enamel so i get those tiny little white spots on my teeth and my dentist said to make them less noticeable i should try whitening my teeth. Im also a poor college kid so if you got a cheap way that would help to. thanks!

i get a lemon, cut it in half, scoop the fruit bit out so I'm left with just the skin, and then rub it on my teeth for about ten mins.

apply asian paint

strawberries and baking soda

mix into paste

leave on teeth for 5 mins

dont use lemon

it strips enamel off teeth

strawberries works heaps well
