What is a fast healthy way to lose 40-45 pounds?

What foods, excersises, ect will help? I am not fat, I just want to lose, thank you so much. =)

  1. i think u should take it in small measurements you are thinking way too  ahead of yourself start by taking little by little you don't need to rush yourself no offense there but i was the same way back then so yes u should consider taking one day at a time so i hoped i helped enough take care  


  2. Try the water diet :

    eat 5 small meals a day (here are some things you could use in them: tinned or fresh tomatoes, apples, pasta, potatoes, broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, etc) as well as 8 glasses with 8 fluid ounces of water in (tap, filtered, bottled BUT NOT SODA/FIZZY OR FLAVORED!)

  3. WALK!!! whenever i need to shed a few extra pounds, I TRY to watch what i eat but lets face it...that's hard!! So, i get out and walk. Try for about 15 minutes a day and gradual increase to 30. Try intervals...varying the speed during your walk. Fast for 30 seconds, then just brisk, then speed it up, then slow it down, then add a couple jumping jacks or whatever to get your heart beating and to make it fun. This really gets metabolism going!! i usually find that after a great walk, i feel so good i don't want to eat all that much. And don't forget great songs on your i-pod! Good luck whatever approach you take, but walking works for me!  

  4. Every one knows that to loose weight you just basically have to cut out junk food and exercises but i tried weight watchers and it works really well! I lost a lot of weight! good luck

  7. If you want to lose weight, the key is to burn more calories than you take in. to do that, exercise and a healthy diet are the things you need to do. For a healthy diet, you should be eating 6 small meals a day. A breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a dessert. When you have 6 meals a day it keeps your metabolism up and is actually healthier to eat more. But, the meals should be mostly healthy, but for dessert give yourself a nice treat every once in a while. For exercise, you need to make sure you don’t overdue it. A good exercise I enjoy doing is Pilates for weight lose. You can buy that DVD at target. It works great. Also, you can run, power walk, do crunches, sit-ups, a sport, swim, an exercise ball and just having your heart pumping and making u sweat is when u no the workout is working. You can even walk to get your mail at your mailbox, climb stairs, and even walk from room to room and it is a workout.  Keep doing this and you will see results. Also, if you want to build muscle lift weights. But just remember that muscle weighs more than bone so if u get rid of fat and end up getting muscle, you will gain more but still look good!     2. If you are not "fat" why would you ned to lose 45 lbs? I would consider anyone 45 lbs overweight as obese. Are you just being neurotic and comparing yourself to skinny fat models?

    40-45 lbs should be lost over the better part of a year with proper diet and resistance exercise.

  9. well try to eliminate all junk food,foods high in fat, sugary drinks, candy. etc......try to eat more food like tuna, chicken, fish, fruits,vegis,. drink plenty of water. the exercises you can do are full bodyweight exercises. you can do these in a circut which means you can burn alot of bodyfat. you can find there in youtube.com or any other websites
