try brushing with baking soda a few times a week.

It tastes horrible, however a baking soda and water mixture is really good at fighting stains...

You can use it with your tooth paste if you cant handle the taste it works

I brush with it and have really white teeth

you can also use like a strawberry paste or something because the acid in the starberries dissolves stains or something.. but i have never tried that

rinse your mouth out with peroxide and brush your teeth with baking soda.

The fastest, most safest way to whiten your teeth would be to have your dentist do it. I don't want to have to pay for that cost so i use crest whitening effects (vanilla mint flavor) when i brush my teeth. It seems to work ok, but its not quick. Best off using the strips for a few weeks

carry a brush on u at all times.. maybe even start a fashion thing but basically brush when bored and after each meal.. you will be quit satisfied

ps. keep brush in a plastic tube also the ladies will judge a man thats willing to keep his teeth sparkiling fresh! i know i would love to see a ladie keepin her teeth white and cavity free
