  1. if dll files from windows folder is deleted, ur system will crash and deleting dll files in any program folder can cause that program crash

    Delete them all, and your computer will stop working.

    They do often get left behind when you uninstall programs, but never never never try to delete them yourself.

    BUT if you use CCleaner (c**p cleaner) software and use it to scan your pc and it will find those that are no longer tied to a program and allow you to delete them.  

  9. These are system files.  They add functionality to the operating system. Please do not delete any of them unless you know exactly what you are doing.  If you are not experiencing any problems from a certain .dll, you should not delete it.

  10. a .dll file is a Dynamicly linked library file that applications (including windows) ue and they should not be deleted unless your anti-virus program detects a virus in a certain file......Take it from me, i learned the hard way!
