  1. Flower nails provide the  control you need when piping icing flowers. Just rotate the nail between your fingers as you pipe a flower on the head. They come in various sizes so you can make different size flowers for your cake.

  2. Flower Nails

Provides the control you need when piping icing flowers. Just rotate the nail between your fingers as you pipe a flower on the head. Stainless steel.

1 1/2 in. diameter (No. 7) is for basic flower-making; 1 1/4 in. diameter (No. 9) is for smaller flowers.

  4. exactly what they all say..picture a nail with a really big flat head on it,turn this while you pipe your icing..the trick is using the proper piping tip,it should look like a long narrow teardrop on the open end, there are differant sizes..used mostly for roses..tilt your nail a bit, squeeze, with your piping hand with the widest part of the tip at the bottom, turn till you get a little centre piece, then simply start making layers over that, like petals of a rose.voila!

    thats it...might take some practiceHA!HA!
