yes. i went to a planned parenthood when i was 14 and they kept everything confidential from my parents when i got birth control the first time. go to the website and find the nearest one near you. oh and birth control is free through them. they're gonna have to give you a pap smear and ask about insurance and stuff. everything is free as long as you don't have insurance. i always say i don't have insurance.

Your local health department is a free clinic. There are also free pregnancy testing centers.
