What is a free online website or downloadble program that can convert big files?

Yeah my file is like 349.1 MB and their was one website I use to convert files (media-convert.com/convert) but it doesn't convert big files as such. What do I do? Do you guys have anything that convert this Mpg file into a MP4 file? Please help! Thanx
