photoshop. psd (photoshop documents) are only readable by like adobe programs. Such as:ilustrator, indesign, etc.

I'm pretty sure only photoshop can. However, There is such thing called Photoshop express which is basically a free photoshop online that you should try. https://www.photoshop.com/express/

Paint.NET is a free photo editing software alternative to Photoshop.

Download the photoshop.zip file, then unzip it and put them in the FileTypes folder in the Paint.NET directory.
