  1. Mancala is one of the best.  It is easy to learn and to play and is suitable for all ages from about 5 or 6 to adult.  A game can be played in just a few minutes so there is no time to get bored with it.  It is an ancient game, deceptively simple yet amazingly complex.  You can make a game from an empty egg carton and 48 pebbles or dried beans if you don't have a game.  It has been around a very long time.  Mancala is a lot of fun and certainly easy, and has great appeal.
