What is a fun process or procedure thats easy to demonstrate?

I have to do a project in my language arts class called a Demonstration speech. I have to demonstrate a process or prcodure clearly to the rest of the class. It has to be 3 - 6 min long (but not over 8 minutes) I can't think of anything! Care to give any ideas?

You could pack a fragile item for shipping.
