i see global casting star under a person's name on mcdonald food sacs.

McDonalds collected inspiring stories from their customers through online auditions.  They have completed auditions.  Global Casting Directors select the best stories and spotlight those stories on McD merchandise.  Those people are the 'stars.'

I've worked at that freakin' restaraunt for almost a year now and I still don't know. I think all those poeple used to work at McD's and moved on to better things to prove that working at McD's doesn't doom you to flipping burgers the rest of your life...
