I'm turning 17 at the end of May and I was wondering were would be a good place to go celebrate with friends and family in my special day, without spending a fortune (I want that money to go toward my gift =]).

Big chain restaurants are cool (as an answer) but if you know any small nice restaurants in the Los Angeles area tell me!

I appreciate any answers and thanks for trying to help. You deserve the points!

  1. Go to the Food Network website and see if any of the Chef's have visited that area. I think Bobby Flay has restaurants in CA.

  2. Sorry I'm not going to be much help...honestly the best places with reasonable prices I know are locally owned, and I don't live in California.  However...if you look on Yahoo Maps and put in your address you can find all of the restaurants in your area on the map and click on them to read reviews from people who've been there recently.  It also gives you a guide to how expensive they are.  Good Luck!

  3. You can't go wrong with Macaroni Grill. It is about 8-12 dollars for most meals. Depending on the local.

  4. i live in la and for my 17th birthday i went to that restaurant by lax i think its called galaxy or orbit or something like that, it was about $20 a person and pretty fun.

  5. logans steakhouse has a special on wednesdays and tuesdays.. 2 meals for 12.99.  i go with my boyfriend sometimes, and i usually get steak or salmon and he gets ribs or steak, and it comes to under $20 with drinks and tip.

    happy birthday
