What is a good 100m and 400m time for a 12 year old?

k im assuming ur a boy by ur picture so..lets see. for a 400m a good time (with plenty of training) would be between 65-70 seconds..if you can do better by all means go for it! for a 100m...hmm...well i run distance so im not sure but i think between 10-15 seconds...but im really not sure on that one so check some other answers first before killing urself going to fast! but i know my mom in high school ran a 400m in 60 seconds so i do know about those. good luck!

I'm a freshman, and I aim for under 60 on 400's and under 13 on 100's...
