What is a good 110cc super pocket bike?

I have plenty of room on the street and there are no cops. SHould i get the R32 Interceptor, X-19 cr Dominator or what?

go for the 125 range, 110 are not so common so parts and repairs will be costly

i would recommend ether Honda CBR 125 RW, or Yamaha YZF-R125

be aware the the Yamaha is new out this year so you will have to pay full price.
