What is a good 400 time for a highschool freshman (m)?

low to mid 50's.

im in highschool, on trck, and the freshman run low to mid 50's. upper fifties... not so good.;)

A good 400 time for a freshman would be anything in the 50's. This time is a very respectable time for a freshman and you will obviously just improve throughout your highs chool career. If you have a time in the 50's you could get down to low 50's like 51 or even break 50 by your senior year.

besides a spectacular 53 seconds the best ive seen would be maybe 57, my time is 59.7 w/o spikes, if u can break 60 then ur time is respectable

well.... it depends on your gender... Girls "good" times would be anything from lower than 66 seconds. Guys "good" times would be in the upper 50s. hope this helps.
